Collages: 

After a visit to the Toronto Cabbagetown Festival this past summer, I was intrigued by several collage artists and decided to try it for myself! I enjoyed the work so much that I have started a collection of scraps, magazines, music sheets, etc. Diving into the medium, I chose a birch wood pre-constructed 12” X 12” surface with a 1” depth:

Last Saturday I joined a collective of collage artists in Toronto
and had a blast...I think joining art groups is the best way to
develop your talent and take it to the next level. Besides, it's
so much fun!!

Todem Poles:

My friend asked me to paint some totem poles that she was going to use for hammocks at her home in Priceville. I had a wonderful time sketching, then painting them that I thought I'd share some photos here:
